Customer Service Policies
We at Coco Mia understand how important your order is weather being a box of chocolate for a loved one or a couture bar for your special event. We will ensure the highest product and customer service is given at all times.

Substitution
If in the unlikely case we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you as soon as it is known and also offer a substitution. If you accept this substitution, and it is higher then the value of your order, we will soak up the cost. If time doe not allow us to contact you for confirmation a substitution wll be given, then we will advice you by phone.

Exchange Policy
Unfortunately due to our products perishable status, we are unable to exchange goods.

Consumer data policy & Security
Coco Mia do not sell or divulge any of your information, unless where required by law. We at Coco Mia, want all our customers to have the peace of mind whilst shopping on our website, and will ensure all your membership details are kept safe.

Currency
All Coco Mia products are in Australian Dollars only

Refunds
We are able to refund your order if our courier has not collected your order for delivery. Please advice us as soon as possible if you wish for a refund.

Damaged Goods
Coco Mia endeavour to supply the best possible product. If the order leaves the premises damaged, we will return all monies including delivery charges. We ask for all items to be returned to the below address and a full investigation will take place. If the product has been damaged due to no-one being able to accept delivery, we are unable to refund the order.

International
Coco Mia currently do not ship products internationally.

Interstate
Coco Mia do not ship to South Australia or Northern Territory due to the warm weather conditions as we cannot guarantee the product purchased will not be damaged through transit.


Delivery charges, details and conditions.
Coco Mia want you to receive the best possible product. To do this we use Fastway couriers to deliver all our chocolate products.
Please see below schedule for delivery details and conditions.


Weddings/Events Corporate and Couture Collections

Weddings and large orders will be delivered the week of the event, up to 3 days prior to the event date to ensure you receive your goods on time. Deliveries will be completed during business hours; Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
We will contact via email or by phone advising when the goods have left our premises. At this time we will also advice the expected delivery day, however cannot guarantee goods will be delivered on that day.

Gift/Indulgence and Boxed Collection Purchases
All Gift/Indulgence orders will be delivered between 2 - 4 days after receiving payment. We will contact via email advising when the goods have left our premises. Please ensure you or the recipient are home to sign for the goods. If no one is home, the Fastway courier driver will leave a card with a contact number in order for you to arrange redelivery. If no-one is home the second time, the goods will be returned to Coco Mia and another delivery fee will be required in order to deliver the goods.

Event Stationery Purchases
All Gift/Indulgence orders will be delivered between 4 - 10 days after receiving payment. We will contact via email advising when the goods have left our premises. At this time we will also advice the expected delivery day, however cannot guarantee goods will be delivered on that day.

 Please Note:
During the warmer weather conditions, Coco Mia do not deliver any goods on a Friday as we cannot guarantee goods will not be damaged whilst being stored over the weekend. We will either deliver the goods on a Thursday or a Monday in order to prevent damage. We want you to receive the best possible product to which you have paid.
Please ensure all address details supplied to Coco Mia are correct as replacement goods including delivery fees for orders with incorrect details supplied will incur further delivery charges.

Gift selection / self indulgence and Boxed collection incur a delivery charge of $9.95 up to 3.5kg (Vic only - see above schedule for all other states).

All other collections incur a delivery charge of $25 up to a weight of 6kg (Vic only. All other states, please contact us for a quote on delivery)
